SASHTO to ACAF

Last week SCDOT hosted the SASHTO annual meeting here in Charleston, SC. It was wonderful to have visitors from around the southeast come to our hometown. Next week, Lance Brooks, technical marketing manager for the southeast, will head to Orlando for the Asphalt Contractors Assocation of Florida meeting. On the agenda are opening remarks by FDOT Secretary Ananth Prasad, a state of the industry overview by Jim Musselman, national perspectives by NCAT and NAPA, and a discussion of high-RAP content by Heritage Research. Ergon Asphalt & Emulsions and NuStar Energy are sponsoring the conference and MWV will be exhibiting. Stop by the booth and Lance will be glad to talk warm mix with you.
