Recognized for his passion for safety and being “his brother’s keeper,” Barry Pica, Area Expert in Dry Batch and Mixing, from Waynesboro, Georgia, is a vital member of the team that is working to safely meet demand for our honeycomb scrubber products.
Less than three years into his career with Ingevity, Barry was asked to lead the Dry Batch and Mixing area in the plant. He was instrumental in starting up the batching tower – equipment necessary to ensure the safety and accuracy of our products during the production process.
