Meet Genevieve

I lead a team of recruiters for Ingevity’s domestic staffing and collaborate with our global human resources business partners on hiring in Brazil, China and Europe. As a team, we develop growth strategies to build a robust talent pipeline – to get the right people in the right positions.

The best part about my job is the fantastic people. There’s a lot of passion and energy in our organization. I have the chance to interview people as they move through a career – and life – transition. I get to know them and become invested in their lives.

Being out in the community is a big part of what I do, and I love being involved and helping others. As a company, we support our local United Way, and I work with their Leadership Group. I volunteer for Habitat for Humanity. I’m also involved with Charleston Young Professionals and the Society for Human Resource Management’s (SHRM) local and national chapters. When I’m not working or networking, I’m on the beach with my husband and dog!
