Ingevity to present at the American Society for Testing and Materials 41st Symposium on Pesticide Formulation and Delivery Systems

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C., Nov. 2, 2021 – Ingevity Corporation (NYSE:NGVT) today announced that it will participate in the American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) 41st Symposium on Pesticide Formulation and Delivery Systems in Atlanta, Georgia, on Nov. 3. Ingevity Senior Formulation Chemist Gift Metavarayuth will introduce the company’s AltaOil™ portfolio, a family of high-performing dispersing oils for oil dispersion (OD) formulations.
Compared to commonly used alternatives such as vegetable oil and methylated vegetable oil, AltaOil products provide excellent formulation stability, hard water stability and built-in rainfastness. AltaOil is 100% bio-derived and has strong compatibility with a range of solvents and surfactants, offering greater flexibility for different formulation needs. Metavarayuth’s presentation will highlight AltaOil’s performance advantages for biological and conventional OD pesticide formulations.
