Ingevity announces price increase for basic pine chemicals

NORTH CHARLESTON, S.C, Nov. 24, 2020 — Ingevity has announced a general price increase for tall oil fatty acid and tall oil rosin grades sold to merchant markets. The increase is due to improved global market conditions and will range from 10 to 15%.
The new prices will be effective January 1, 2021, or as contracts allow.
The increase does not pertain to products for the pavement technologies, oilfield technologies and other derivatized product families.
