Telfer Oil takes Evotherm to wine country

Telfer Oil Company supplied Evotherm to Syar Industries for use in a City of Napa paving project. The City of Napa recognized the value in warm mix asphalt after attending a project in the Golden Gate National Recreation Area. The City’s crew removed and replaced the existing pavement with a 1/2" dense grade mix formulated with a PG 64-16 binder and Evotherm WMA. By constructing the pavement at lower temperatures, The City was able to reduce emissions and smoke at both the plant and jobsite and provide a quality pavement for the travelling public.
