New York City DOT first paved with Evotherm in 2008. Since then they have been steadily increasing their use of warm mix asphalt. This season they have introduced a new friend, Warmy, to explain the benefits warm mix asphalt to residents. Warmy goes on a tour of the Hamilton Avenue Municipal Asphalt Plant in Brooklyn on a recent adventure. You can follow Warmy’s adventures on the Daily Pothole.
