Lots going on with Lane
Jul 15, 2011
Lane Construction has been doing more and more with Evotherm. In Pennsylvania, QC/QA manager Harry Henrich conducted a high RAP demo with PENNDOT. Several DOT individuals in attendance during the 40% RAP binder course trial were impressed with the field results. They saw good initial in-place densities and mat appearance. The 40 percent RAP content of the Evotherm WMA is almost double typical PENNDOT allowances. Lane finished the four days of binder course successfully and all initial field cut cores show densities between 94-95%.
